Biography

I work in textiles primarily, using large silk screens and giant stencils to create abstract wallhangings. I also dabble in all kinds of printing and painting on fabric and on paper. I’ve explored various tools and media for their suitability on cotton fabrics and their wash fast properties. I regularly resort to distortion and enlargement as a route to abstraction and I now see great potential for this in the context of writing which can be readily incorporated into textile pieces.
